Contact us  within: 5 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 5 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

✥Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

✥Tracking✥
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.
For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their item.

✥Lost/Stolen/Damaged/Major Delays Packages✥
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to track the package and make arrangements to be available when delivery is expected. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. Ras Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, Major delays or damaged packages.

Do not hang Dry!! Rayon Bamboo are natural Fibers that become quite heavy when wet & tends to loose their shape when hung to dry.

Machine Wash in Delicate Cycle,
Machine Dry Medium or Low Heat.

Hand wash with delicate soap & hang dry.
