Handmade Process:
Sustainable Production
Our in-house, made-to-order production approach is crucial to our commitment to mother earth and distinguishes us from other inventory-based eco fashion brands. Slow Fashion doesn't just offer you a wide array of customization options, but also plays an integral role in reducing waste. We begin crafting each garment only upon request, ensuring no unnecessary resources are used, thus minimizing overproduction, landfill waste and conserving both materials and manpower. All Ras Apparel Garments are designed, patterned, cut and sewn in our Vancouver studio by a team of artisans who are paid a living wage.
FAIR LABOR
The journey towards fair trade certification is a commendable stride for any inventory based eco brand, however, it's crucial to understand that it often still equates to a typical factory setup. Imagine artificial lights replacing daylight, crowded production floors, and the relentless hum of machinery punctuated by long hours of repetitive labor. The reality is, many founders of eco friendly brands will likely never set foot in the certified factories where their apparel is made.
Shipping
Canadian and U.S orders take 3-6 days to arrive once shipped
European orders take 15-20 days to arrive once shipped
Australia, Japan and New Zealand orders take 3 weeks to arrive once shipped

Once your order has shipped we are unable to make any changes
(including address changes)
Tracking
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.
For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Ras Apparel has no control over these charges, nor can Ras Apparel predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged/Major Delays Packages:
Ras Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
Rasapparel is not responsible for your package being delayed due to external reasons beyond our control. e.g natural disasters or random border inspections.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. If you have made a mistake please let us know before it is shipped!
